I’m a certified sociocracy trainer and consultant, an active member of the Sociocracy For All Network and leader of Sociocracy For All’s English-speaking unit. I am involved in trainer and consultant education.
I’m a German native speaker with most of my teaching experience in English.
My heart is in training! I’ve taught sociocracy in the the USA, Canada, Brazil, Denmark, UK, China, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Panama, Germany and consulted about a hundred organizations – workplaces, nonprofits, cooperatives, intentional communities, activist groups, schools, faith groups and university departments.
I am co-author of the sociocracy manual Many Voices One Song (2018) and the sociocracy implementation book From Here to There (2025) and author of two more books on self-management, Who Decides Who Decides (2021) and Collective Power (2023). My books have been translated into French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, German, Turkish, and Italian.
What I offer
Self-management Coaching
Guiding small teams to align decisions through consent, practical tools, and compassionate leadership. In particular, I help founders and leaders implement shared models of leadership and work through their inner challenges in that journey.
Sociocracy consulting
Working with the internal implementation circle (change team) to change the organization’s governance system – change management, organizational structure, team training, governance codes.
Coaching and consulting: EUR 150-300 per hour (sliding scale)
Self-management Training
Half-day, full-day and 2-day trainings, in-house/virtual, for beginners and advanced, often with focus on facilitation and team accountability.
